By submitting an application for a loan or line of credit (“Application”) through this website, you (“Applicant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• Obtain your credit report and credit score from one or more consumer reporting agencies.
   
• Verify your identity, employment, income, and any other information provided in your application.
   
• Contact your references, employer, or financial institutions as needed to validate your information.
   

This authorization remains in effect throughout the evaluation of your application and, if approved, through the duration of your account.

You agree that:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial, cancellation, or termination of your loan or line of credit.
   

Submitting an application does not mean you are approved. Approval is based on:

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

By submitting an application, you consent to receive:

• Loan documents
   
• Notices, statements, and communications via email, SMS message, or through your online account
   

You may withdraw consent at any time, but doing so may limit the Company’s ability to process your application.

You may be required to provide supporting documents, including but not limited to:

Your application may not be processed until all required documentation is submitted and verified.

• A soft credit inquiry may be performed initially to determine eligibility.
   
• A hard credit inquiry may be performed if you choose to proceed with a loan or line of credit after receiving preliminary terms.
  Hard inquiries may impact your credit score.
